I'm brazilian, but moved to Italy in 2023 and have been living there and enjoying this mildly-exciting new chapter with my family and beloved pets ever since.

I'm about to graduate with a degree in Graphic Design and have been working with digital commissions since 2019. My artistic specialty and greatest obsession are horses, but lately I have been venturing into drawing humans and anthros, hoping that one day I will be able to work with them as easily as I do with equines.My hobbies include drawing, creating characters and writing their stories with my friends, reading books, playing videogames, getting progressively more obsessed with pink, giving my dog forehead kisses and wishing I had a massive collection of cats of different colors — what an introvert, huh?!I have owned horses before and even used to do reining in Brazil. Now that I have moved, I'm waiting for a new opportunity to get back in the equestrian track.Still unsure of what I want to do with my silly life, although making art and seeing people enjoying it is sure a huge part of it.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take a minute to read these terms before commissioning me.
You are responsible for reading this document and, by purchasing my art services, you agree to the conditions below.

ME, THE ARTIST

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to share and use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to reject your commission request without question. This includes, but are not limited to, if you don't follow the terms of service for said order, if it goes beyond my artistic abilities and/or if I feel uncomfortable with any requests;I also reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected or left unpaid sketches, poses or backgrounds as "pre-posed/ych" at a later date. Characters' uniquenesses will be respected;I don't work on weekends (unless I want to).

YOU, THE COMMISSIONER

You may upload the pieces done for you to any website as long as it's credited. Once a piece is commissioned, it's considered yours and you may use it for any personal use that you please, following the rules below.

You cannot take credit for the art for yourself. You also may not use it for any external projects unless agreed upon;Credits for the art must be given whenever the art is shared publicly, referring to any of my social medias (link or username);For custom character designs: you may only resell it for the price you purchased it, unless the character in question has more art attached to them, resulting in a increase in their value. Credits for the design are still obligatory;For art pieces: they can't be reselled for reproduction, such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc. However, they can be used for these purposes as long as they're intended for your personal use only;My art cannot, under any circumstance, be used as NFTs or to train any artificial intelligence (AI) of any sort.

PROCEDURE

You understand that the artist (Mei) isn’t working only with your priorities in mind. While working on your commissioned art, she will take steps that are slow and very time consuming. Please don’t commission her if you are looking for fast and timely work.

Once I take your commission request, I'll sketch it and send it for your approval:
- the main sketch is subject to change according to your wishes, and will be resent as many times as necessary until it's approved;
- after approval, the payment will be requested;
- once paid, I will continue working on the artwork to complete it;
- for sketch commissions, the payment will be requested before the sketch is sent for your approval.I usually don't send WIPs unless I have any doubts that require your point of view or approval. However, you are welcome to ask for updates at any time, and I will provide it if there has been a fair amount of time since the last update;I don't accept "description only" characters unless it's a base or custom commission. You must have at least one visual reference, even if it doesn't accurately depict your character. Extra info and specifications can be sent as description;

To make my work easier, please be clear and concise in your descriptions. I highly recommend the use of other artworks, photographs and even moodboards as visual references for elements in your commission.

PAYMENT

Payments in USD or EUR through Paypal only;Payment will be requested via Paypal invoice and must be paid in full unless agreed upon;If payment fails for any reason, you will have one month of courtesy to reappear and confirm that you still want the commission. Otherwise, I reserve the right to reuse the sketch or delete it completely;I will not give refunds after the artwork is complete, nor full refunds if the lineart, coloring or shading is started. However, you're entitled to a full refund if I cancel the commission muself.

REGARDING DEADLINES

I am a slow artist. My artistic pace is messy.My personal life have an annoying tendency to mess with my working process and productivity, meaning it can delay your commission a bit. I'll do my very best to let you know if things are going to be slower than expected, but as a socially anxious person in the middle of treatment for said conditions, I kindly ask you to be patient.By commissioning me, you agree that you're aware and understand that it may cause delays to the delivering of your commission. You are free to ask for updates on your commissioned artwork.
